У статті розглянуто проблему освіти дорослих у контексті неперервної освіти, розвиток якої обумовлено необхідністю відновлення знань фахівців, підвищення кваліфікації, оволодіння новими видами діяльності і технологіями у зв’язку з прискореним зростанням обсягів інформації в суспільстві. Проаналізовано сучасні погляди на форми, види, напрями неперервної освіти. Наголошено на ролі освіти дорослих у досягненні прогресу особистості й суспільства, пов’язаною із пріоритетним завданням освіти дорослих – забезпечити людину комплексом знань і вмінь, необхідних для активного творчого життя, довічний розвиток людини як працівника, громадянина, індивідуальності.
The vocational learning is one of the ways to increase the professional competence of experts, which takes into account the psychological characteristics and patterns of teaching more in adult education. The didactic peculiarity of the vocational adult learning is that the usual logic of teaching situations is often violated in the process of its implementation: formation of a new professional experience through his theoretical understanding. The vocational learning for adults realizes subject to their interests and requests, life and professional experience, in the forms of partner’s cooperation of all actors of the educational process. The vocational adult learning is pointed at providing of the common learning process; getting knowledge, skills, abilities; gaining the necessary competencies in joint activities in a simulated reality that provides a high level of motivation to study, in which the participants for themselves find a field to use the acquired experience. Thus, during the vocational learning all participants of the learning process cooperate among them, exchange information, jointly solve the problems, simulate the situations, evaluate the colleagues’ actions and their own behaviors, and merge in the real atmosphere of business collaboration to solve a number of problems according to their interests, needs and requests. To enable the improvement of education and training of the unemployed according to the needs of the economy, quality and operational to meet the needs of employers employment continuously analyzes the demand and supply of labor and the needs of prospective monitoring for specialists to be able to prepare the necessary specialists for the future. Formation of professionally-mobile, skilled workforce – a key objective of the employment service in the organization of professional training for the unemployed. |
