У процесі педагогічної діяльності практичний досвід осмислюється, оновлюється, спираючись на психолого-педагогічну науку, активізує розвиток педагогічної майстерності і вивчення чужого досвіду, порівняння його з власним. Для організації практичної діяльності педагогів необхідна відповідна теоретична і практична підготовка, володіння методикою творчих пошуків. Важливо, щоб викладачі працювали над суспільно значущою для вищого навчального закладу темою, усвідомлювали мету і завдання творчого пошуку, забезпечували раціональний розподіл і кооперацію праці. Водночас вони повинні бути звільненими від невластивих їм функцій, а результати їхніх пошуків мають належно стимулюватися тоді їх практична діяльність зі студентами буде ефективною умовою формування педагогічного досвіду.
In the process of teaching experience conceptualized updated based on psychological-pedagogical science, promotes the development of educational skills and learning experiences of others, comparing it with its own. To organize practical activities of teachers must be the theoretical and practical training, possession of creative research methodology. It is important that teachers worked on the public interest for the institution of higher education theme, realize goals and objectives of creativity, ensure rational allocation of work and cooperation. However, they should be free from non-core functions, and the results of their searches are properly stimulated while their practical activities with the students will be effective by forming pedagogical experience. |
