У статті розглянуто вплив етичних чинників на розвиток досвіду викладачів вищих навчальних закладів. Наголошується, що поряд зі спеціальною підготовкою викладачі вищих навчальних закладів покликані сформувати духовно багату, інтелектуально розвинену, ціннісно зорієнтовану особистість, спроможну діяти і творити за законами краси і добра, честі, відданості, благородства. Акцентується увага на загальнолюдських моральних цінностях, які властиві кожному викладачу. Розкриваються особистісні якості людини, які мають бути притаманні педагогу. Виходячи з особливостей морального саморегулювання, виділяються три рівні (модулі) етичної досконалості викладача та основні структурні компоненти його морально-етичної культури.
The article discusses the impact of ethical factors on the developmentexperience of teachers in higher education. It is noted that along with specialized training academics to help form a rich spiritually, intellectually advanced, value oriented person capable of work and work under the laws of beauty and goodness, honor, loyalty, generosity. Focuses on universal moral values that are inherent to each teacher. Disclosed personal qualities that should be inherent in the teacher. Based on the characteristics of moral self-regulation, there are three levels (modules) moral perfection teacher and the main structural components of its moral and ethical culture. |
