У статті акцентовано увагу на тому, що здоров 'я - важливий фактор працездатності і гармонійного розвитку особистості. Виховання сучасної молоді має відбуватися на засадах формування ключових особистісних компетенцій щодо ціннісного ставлення до свого здоров'я як однієї із найважливіших загальнолюдських цінностей у особистісному і професійному саморозвитку особистості.
In this article the author pay attention to the fact that the health is an important factor of efficiency and harmonious development of the personality. Education of the modern youth should be based on the formation of key personal competencies relative value attitude to their health, while considering health as one of the most important human values in their personal and professional self-development. |
