Навчально-методичну розробку присвячено висвітленню сутності й особливостей коучингу та місцю коучингу в діяльності практичного психолога системи освіти в умовах очно-дистанційної форми післядипломної педагогічної освіти. Розробка містить навчально-тематичний план, програмний зміст, інформаційні матеріали для спецкурсу, а також завдання для самостійної роботи, питання для самоконтролю й список використаної та рекомендованої літератури. Призначено практичним психологам закладів освіти, керівним та педагогічним кадрам інститутів післядипломної педагогічної освіти, педагогічним працівникам навчальних закладів різних рівнів, а також усім, хто цікавиться коучингом, саморозвитком, мобілізацією власних ресурсів, розширенням можливостей, досягненням поставленої мети. The essence and main approaches to the definition of "coaching", aspects of the coaching process are reflected in the practical psychologists of establishments of education. Justified the importance of the application of the coaching technology and use coaching tools. Development contains an educational-thematic plan, programmatic maintenance, informative materials for the special course, and also task for independent work, question for self-control and list of the used and recommended literature. It is appointed to the practical psychologists of establishments of education, leading and pedagogical personnels of institutes of post-graduate pedagogical training, pedagogical workers of educational establishments of different levels, and also all, who takes interest coaching, self-development, mobilization of own resources, expansion of possibilities, achievement of the put aim. |
