Дисертаційна робота присвячена вирішенню актуальної науково-практичної задачі розробки нових і вдосконалення існуючих методів процесного управління підприємством на основі збалансованих показників (ЗП), а також розробці інформаційної технології (ІТ) забезпечення стратегічного управління бізнес-процесами (БП) . Запропоновано модель системи ЗП, яка формалізує взаємозв’язок стратегічного і оперативного рівнів управління підприємством у вигляді категорій та функторів. Удосконалено категорну модель реалізації життєвого циклу процесу вибору заходів, яка дозволяє здійснювати оперативне управління БП шляхом вибору дій на основі ЗП. Отримав подальший розвиток метод формування та ведення ЗП, що дозволяє автоматизувати процес формування стратегічних карт та індивідуальних завдань співробітникам за рахунок використання процесного підходу для опису реалізації стратегічних цілей. Удосконалено метод забезпечення стратегічного управління БП, який дозволяє вибрати заходи з урахуванням аналізу їх впливу на показники БП за рахунок застосування формалізованого представлення взаємозв’язку стратегічного рівня та бізнес-архітектури. Запропоновано прикладну ІТ забезпечення стратегічного управління БП з використанням запропонованих моделей та методів. Розроблено програмну реалізацію підсистеми стратегічного управління ЗП.This thesis is devoted to solving of important scientific and practical problem of developing new and improved methods of process management based on balanced scorecard (BSC) and the development of information technology (IT) support strategic business process (BP). The model of the balanced scorecard is first proposed, that formalizes the relationship of strategic and operational levels of management, which ensures the development of operational plans using business strategy. A category model of the life cycle of the process of selecting measures is improved, that allows choosing activities based on the BSC for efficient management of BP. Method of forming and maintaining BSC is further developed, that allows to automate the process of forming strategic card and individual employees’ tasks by using a process approach to describe the implementation of strategic goals. Method of strategic management of BP is improved, that allows selecting the measures and analyzes their estimates that impact on the performance of the BP through the use of formalized representation of the relationship strategic and business architecture. The IT for strategic management of BP is proposed using the proposed models and methods.
