The dissertation is devoted to improvement of the methodology of an evaluation of investment attractiveness of Ukrainian corporate securities and substantiation of effective financial solutions on the basis of theoretical and practical development in the investment analysis according to the current status of securities market of Ukraine. In the dissertation features of influence of privatization processes on operation of the share market of Ukraine and shaping of an appropriate type of a financial system is investigated; the features and specific forms of manifestation structural mis-balance on processes of pricing in the market of corporate securities of Ukraine are specified. On the basis of sector analysis of the securities market the evaluation of investment attractiveness of the Ukrainian corporations is conducted; a system of parameters for an evaluation of investment attractiveness of the shares of the industrial enterprises with a unstable structure of the property according to their branch specificity and market activity is specified; the necessity of account of an integrated index of the market of privatization and certain methodical approaches to it’s calculation is justified. The specificity of the technical analysis for a dynamic evaluation of investment attractiveness of the shares of the Ukrainian corporations is investigated and the method of account of future yield of blue chips is offered; the modified model for shaping an optimum investment portfolio according to the circulation of securities in the share market of Ukraine is developed. У роботі досліджено особливості впливу приватизаційних процесів на функціонування фондового ринку України та формування відповідного типу фінансової системи; досліджено особливості та специфічні форми прояву структурної незбалансованості на процеси ціноутворення на ринку корпоративних цінних паперів України. На основі секторного аналізу ринку корпоративних цінних паперів проведено оцінку інвестиційної привабливості підприємств-емітентів України, уточнено систему показників для оцінки інвестиційної при-вабливості акцій промислових підприємств з нестійкою структурою власності з урахуванням їх галузевої специфіки та ринкової активності; обґрунтовано необхідність розрахунку інтегрального індексу ринку приватизації та визначені методичні підходи до його обчислення. У роботі досліджено специфіку технічного аналізу для динамічної оцінки інвестиційної привабливості акцій українських емітентів та запропоновано метод розрахунку прогнозної доходності “блакитних фішок”; розроблено модифіковану модель для формування оптимального інвестиційного портфеля з урахуванням специфіки обігу цінних паперів на фондовому ринку України. |
