Пристрій для подавання електродного дроту, розташованого між подавальними роликами, що містить корпус, електродвигун, встановлений на корпусі, та вібраційний привід, виконаний у вигляді генератора механічних коливань, і притискний пристрій, розміщені в корпусі, який відрізняється тим, що генератор механічних коливань виконаний у вигляді електродвигуна, який має на валу диск з віссю, паралельною осі електродного дроту, з роликами, вільно розташованими між корпусом і циліндричною поверхнею диска, осі яких паралельні осі диска й осі електродного дроту, та ударника у вигляді підшипника або кільця, розташованого перпендикулярно роликам диска, і за допомогою вилки, пов'язаної з ударним роликом, що має контакт з електродним дротом, підпружиненим з протилежного боку притискним роликом, розміщеним в притискній вилці, причому електродний дріт з боку ударного ролика має контакт з розташованим в корпусі пристрою упорним роликом, при цьому осі ударного, притискного та упорного роликів паралельні одна одній, а притискна вилка оснащена регулювальним гвинтом. = The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for automatic welding and submerged arc welding process with controlled electrode metal transfer to the weld pool. The mechanical oscillation generator is made in the form of an electric motor, which on a shaft has a disk with axle parallel to the axis of the electrode wire with rollers freely disposed between the body and cylindrical surface of the disk, whose axes are parallel to the disk axis and the axes of electrode wire, and a striker in the form of a bearing or ring located perpendicularly to the disk rollers, and with a fork connected to an impact roller having contact with the wire electrode by a clamping roller spring-loaded from the opposite and placed in the pressing fork, wherein the electrode wire from the side of impact roller is also in contact with a thrust roller located in the device body, wherein the axes of impact, clamping and thrust rollers are parallel to each other and the clamping fork has an adjusting screw. Depth of penetration of the base metal and the part of its participation in the weld metal is reduced compared with the prototype by 10 ... 20 %, while reducing the risk of burning the base metal at flux welding thin sheets and the quality of deposited layer is improved.
