Посредством анализа рынка одежды из кожи с плёночным покрытием установлены нерешённые проблемы идентификации, качества и продления её долговечности. Предложены композиции для восстановления полимерного покрытия на коже для одежды и технология его восстановления в условиях предприятий химической чистки. Разработана методика идентификации полимерных покрытий на коже. Усовершенствованы рекомендации по эксплуатации и уходу за одеждой из натуральной кожи с плёночным покрытием, дополнены символы по уходу за ней.
The article suggests ways to improve the durability of leather clothes film-coated, and the results of research in this direction. The purpose of this study is to establish the causes of premature wear leather clothes with a film coating solution and extend its longevity. For the accumulation and synthesis of a priori knowledge of the object of study, selection criteria for the identification and determination of the values of indicators of consumer properties of the object of investigation used accordingly systematic procedure and physico-mechanical methods. In an article for the identification of the polymer component coating skin proposed rapid methods of analytical chemistry techniques, infrared spectroscopy. The proposed methodology of identification of the polymer film former in the coating composition leather for clothing can be used for the chemical cleaning of the coating identification and selection of the optimal technological regime restore appearance clothing. Compositions containing lacquer based on nitrocellulose solution, ethyl alcohol and ethyl acetate , water-soluble metal complex dye, alkilkarboksietanolamin fraction C7–C9 provides a coating on the skin to clothing with improved adhesion performance, the stability of the coating to flexing and to dry and wet rubbing. The research results can be used by manufacturers, consumers, the chemical cleaning solutions for the problem of improving the durability of leather clothes film-coated, and will enable consumers properly labeled, will reduce the burden on the environment by reducing the amount of materials used in dry cleaning. |
