У дисертаційній роботі вирішено наукове завдання розроблення теоретико-методичних та прикладних положень із забезпечення економічної стабільності промислових підприємств. Уточнено поняття “економічна стабільність підприємства”, виділено її складові, типи та принципи забезпечення. Удосконалено типологію факторів, що впливають на формування економічної стабільності підприємства та модель її забезпечення, розроблено метод оцінювання рівня економічної стабільності промислових підприємств. Удосконалено процес формування стратегії забезпечення економічної стабільності підприємств та тактики її реалізації, сформовано інструментарій для аналізування та прогнозування рівня економічної стабільності промислового підприємства на основі використання апарату штучних нейронних мереж, запропоновано послідовність оцінювання ефективності впроваджених стратегій. В диссертационной работе решена научная задача разработки теоретико-методических и прикладных положений по обеспечению экономической стабильности промышленных предприятий. Уточнено понятие “экономическая стабильность предприятия”, выделены ее составляющие, типы и принципы обеспечения. Усовершенствована типология факторов, влияющих на формирование экономической стабильности предприятия и модель ее обеспечения, разработан метод оценки уровня экономической стабильности промышленных предприятий. Усовершенствован процесс формирования стратегии обеспечения экономической стабильности предприятий и тактики её реализации, сформирован инструментарий для анализа и прогнозирования уровня экономической стабильности промышленного предприятия на основе использования аппарата искусственных нейронных сетей, предложена последовательность оценивания эффективности внедренных стратегий. The topicality of the current thesis research is based on the need to expand the toolset for ensuring enterprise economic stability in response to growing competition on internal and external markets, uncertainly and changing business environment, dynamic innovation, scientific and technological progress, economic and political disbalance, etc. The thesis delivers a solution to the scientific task of developing the theoretical, methodological and applied norms for ensuring enterprise economic stability. The subject matter of the research is the process of ensuring enterprise economic stability. The scope of the study is theoretical, methodological and applied norms for ensuring enterprise economic stability. In the first chapter “Theoretical and methodological foundation for ensuring enterprise economic stability”, the essence and components of enterprise economic stability and principles of ensuring it are investigated, the typology of enterprise economic stability, as well as factors that impact it is improved, the major models of self-organization in ensuring enterprise economic stability are described. This chapter also investigates the nature of financial crises, crisis phenomena and threats that can undermine economic stability of an enterprise. Based on the literature analysis, the typology of factors which provoke financial crises and crisis phenomena is systematized. The general typology of financial crises and crises phenomena is developed. The current thesis research analyses the consequences of crisis occurrence for an enterprise and groups them into financial, economic, administrative, organizational, manufacturing, technological, resource, market, social and psychological subgroups with further elaboration on their meaning. In the second chapter “Analyzing the state and methods of ensuring enterprise economic stability”, the assessment methods of enterprise economic stability level are analyzed, the current situation with enterprise economic stability on the Ukrainian enterprises is investigated, domestic and international experience regarding the methods of ensuring enterprise economic stability are described. The research found the following methods of ensuring enterprise economic stability to be most widely implemented: financing manufacturing and operational processes with the enterprise’s own funds, securing the stable and trusted cooperation with suppliers and opting for payments in national currency, utilizing modern technological equipment, improving the strategic planning processes and optimizing the organizational structure of an enterprise. In the third chapter “The toolset for ensuring enterprise economic stability”, the model for ensuring enterprise economic stability is improved, the assessment method of enterprise economic stability level is developed, and the strategy selection technology for ensuring enterprise economic stability is proposed. The typology of stabilizing aims of an enterprise as well as information clusters used in the process of ensuring enterprise economic stability is developed. The research proposes measures to address the main areas which are susceptible to destabilisation – financial, manufacturing, social, corporate social responsibility, and develops a list of preventive measures to minimise the risk of hostile takeovers. The essence of strategy for ensuring enterprise economic stability is formulated and the requirements which the strategy should meet are spelled out. Those requirements include: immediate reaction and adaptability to change; systematic nature and comprehensive reach of the whole enterprise; clear time, financial, material and labour resource frameworks; concise and comprehendible definitions; targeted focus and defined circle of responsible people; feasibility of implementation. The typology of strategy for ensuring enterprise economic stability is elaborated and systematized. The sequence of tactical planning phases in the process of ensuring enterprise economic stability is proposed and the main characteristics of the tactical planning are discussed. The thesis research for the first time formulates the toolset necessary for analyzing and forecasting the level of enterprise economic stability based on the utilization of the artificial neuron network apparatus with the aim of modelling the scenarios during the process of developing the strategy for ensuring enterprise economic stability. The typology of enterprise economic stability is improved and now, in contrast to existing typologies, incorporates such important and independent features as “efficiency level of enterprise operation”, “probability of the pre-crisis state occurrence“ and “form of achieving“, as well as the typology of factors that influence the formation of enterprise economic stability, the peculiarity of which is inclusion of the typological feature “level of influence” which encompasses macro, meso and micro levels and creates pre-requisites for assessment of the factual level of enterprise economic stability. The current thesis research has also improved the following: the model of ensuring enterprise economic stability which, in contrast to existing models, reflects interrelated complex of principles, methods, means, functions and management decisions necessary for ensuring enterprise economic stability and achieving its desired state; the assessment method of enterprise economic stability, the distinctive feature of which is based on the step-by-step evaluation of the financial, manufacturing, and social stability, as well as stability pertaining to the corporate social responsibility of an enterprise and their aggregation into one integral index. This research has also contributed to further development of the following: the notion of “enterprise economic stability” which, in contrast to the existing views, is treated in the context of enterprise state, in particular with regard to its economic, financial, manufacturing, technological and social components, as well as corporate social responsibility element, in which it functions in harmony with business environment, fulfilling internal and external environment needs, providing that the parameters of its functioning have minimal deviations from the certain norms and demonstrate its sustainable development; the process of strategy formation for ensuring enterprise economic stability and its implementation tactics which, in contrast to existing practice, includes consequent strategy effectiveness assessment after its implementation.
