The main aim of this study is to identify the influence of electronic Data interchange (EDI) on non-financial performance of Saudi Arabia banks to fulfill such purpose as questionnaire was developed based on reviewing much literature related to the subject concerned to collect the necessary information. The study recommended that the banks should give great attention to the application of (EDI) and such banks should cope up with technological developments in order to be able to compete and earn profits with the modern technological developments.
