Одним з інструментів стратегічного управління є гомеостатичне управління (регулювання), основне завдання якого – забезпечення стабільної та прибуткової діяльності підприємства знешкодженням будь-яких відхилень, які виникли під дією зовнішніх факторів, таких як зміна попиту, цін, оплати праці, системи оподаткування тощо. Тобто воно значною мірою допомагає підприємствам адаптуватися до впливу зовнішнього середовища. The subject of this article is homeostatic management and explanation of his use in enterprises activity. In the beginning of this article tells about strategic management, his stages and the main features. The next part of the article is devoted to detailed review of concept homeostat, his structure and features. Also the examples of homeostat in the nature are considered. At the end of the article explained importance of homeostatic management. The purpose of the article is to describe a value of homeostatic management for enterprises, and also to ground expediency of forming some actions with the help of that an enterprise will react on external factors. The row of external factors in any case influence on his functioning operates on activity of any enterprise. Such factors the change of demand, seasonal vibrations, price change on material, taxation and other. In this connection expedient to form the set of actions that enterprises can use in the case when these factors will have an influence on enterprise. |
