Встановлено вплив раціонального використання ресурсів на конкурентоспроможність вітчизняних виробничих підприємств. На прикладі підприємств хлібопекарської галузі сформульовано умови раціональності використання окремих видів ресурсів. Виділено параметри оцінювання якості основних видів ресурсів підприємств хлібопекарської галузі. Уточнено методику комплексної оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства з урахуванням впливу раціоналізації використання ресурсів. Наведено шляхи і способи раціоналізації використання ресурсів. The influence of the rational utilization of resources on the competitiveness of domestic manufacturing enterprises has been carried out in the article. New opportunities for application of these two conditions (rational use of resources and competitiveness) to improve economic activity of enterprises and to provide their sustainability in the long term have been found. The conditions of rational utilization of certain types of resources have been formulated and specified for baking industry enterprises. Special attention has been paid to influence of resources’ rationalization on increasing of quality of the baking industry production and on its price characteristics. In particular, main parameters of evaluation of quality of resources utilization have been indicated. Improved methodic for complex estimation of competitiveness of baking industry enterprises, which considers the effects of resources rationalization, is given in the article. The technique of integrated assessment of changes in competitiveness, based on the rationalization of the use of different types of resources (mainly, material and labor), has been tested in the bakeries of Lviv region. As a result, a complex description of the competitiveness of bakeries in this region has been provided. Finally, there are presented the ways and methods of resources rationalizing at the domestic baking industry.
