Проаналізовано поняття “компетенція” і “кваліфікація” та узагальнено їх. Окрім того, наведено власне трактування цих термінів, розглянуто посадові функції і компетенції працівників відділу маркетингу підприємства, а також проаналізовано методи підвищення їхніх компетенцій. The article analyzes the concepts of “competence” and “qualification” and generalized them. Besides, own interpretation of concepts “competence” and “qualification” is resulted, the official functions and the competence of employees of enterprise marketing department are considered and also the methods of improve the competence of the employees are analyzed. Relevance of the article is that develop of domestic enterprises and increase their competitiveness on the internal and external markets determined by the presence of competitive staff which for a professional qualification characteristics respond to the market requirements. Training a future specialists to perform official duties is a difficult problem, the successful solution of which depends for the efforts of professional training and their competence. |
