Розглянуто процес корозії зовнішніх поверхонь нагрівання водогрійних котлів ПТВМ-180 і КВГМ-180, а також котлів ТЕС під час простоювання їх у резерві та розроблено методи боротьби з нею, враховуючи конструктивні особливості устаткування. Запропоновано заходи та схему для забезпечення оптимальних умов перебування котлів у резерві. The problem of maintaining thermal power equipment in reserve is important and by solving this problem a significant contribution to reducing the use of electricity and thermal energy for its own needs at HPSs and increasing the lifetime of equipment will be provided. Therefore, in this article, attention is devoted to the process of corrosion of external surfaces of heating boilers PTVM-180 and KVGM-180 during their downtime in reserve. Methods to remove the corrosion considering the design features of the equipment are developed. On the basis of experimental studies it was found that heat losses during idle boilers in reserve depends on the design of boilers and their technical condition, temperature of network water and environment. The measures are proposed to protect the surfaces of the heating boilers from corrosion when they are idle in reserve. Thus, by increasing the reliability in operation of boilers, which is an important and complicated task, and by solving this problem a significant contribution to the optimization of one of the main sources of heat will be made. |
