| Description |
The aim of this article is to define the main peculiarities of international financial law as a system of law and the problems which relate to the effective application of norms of international financial law. It is proved that the international financial law is a system of law which differs from the national systems of law by its social essence, subjects, methods of norms formation, objects of regulation, method of functioning. Field of operation of international norms may be limited depending on the region in which its action is accepted; efficiency of the international law activity which the subjects of the international financial activity can refer to .It can be limited by their different status concerning the system of internal law of different countries; the effectiveness of international standards can be reduced because there are some limitations on participation of national court authorities for international character. In the norms of law of separate countries there are some limitations in the participation the national judicial bodies in the international affairs.
