This paragraph is aimed to analyse some aspects of minorities` rights protection in the international sphere. The effectiveness of ways of protection of minorities` groups rights is not researched enough. Appropriate provisions of international acts, particularly provisions of Convention on protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms and Protocols to it and European Court`s decisions are analyzed. The efficiency of different legal tools in the aspect of minorities rights protection and mechanisms of control of human rights protection are compared. According to the results of analysis appropriate conclusions about the most effective way to protect minorities` groups rights were made. |
