There is suggested in this article to use mathematic models in the form of elastic systems with discretecontinuous distribution of parameters for flexible high-rise buildings calculation (masts, towers, chimneys) in case of seismic load. There is introduced the new approximate method for finding the frequency of free oscillations as well as corresponding oscillation forms of such systems. The method is based on the concept of quasi derivatives for quasidifferential equations with generalized coefficients and approximation of solutions of corresponding systems of linear differential equations with measures.
