Розглянуто функціональне призначення конкуренції для економічного розвитку підприємств та ринків. Визначено основні перешкоди для реалізації порівняльної функції конкуренції, які прокласифіковано за ознакою участі державних органів та ринкових учасників. Охарактеризовано квазіконкуренцію як явище, що виникає внаслідок наявності перешкод для реалізації порівняльної функції конкуренції. Обґрунтовано механізми саморегуляції квазіконкуренції на ринку. The functional purpose of competition for economic development of the enterprise and markets are considered in the article. The comparative function of competition as a precondition for the economic development of the market and enterprises in particular is defined. The main barriers to the implementation of comparative competition functions are classified by grounds of state agency participation and the participation of market participants. For example, as a barrier for the participation of state agencies are defined to provide unjustified advantages in the market to individual enterprises, creation of non-natural barriers to the economic activity, the use of administrative resources. Members of the market relationship may create interference through their actions that do not meet the requirements of legislation on protection economic competition. Also, market participants can create conditions for restricting freedom of economic activity and creating conditions for bankruptcy. The quasi competition is characterized as a phenomenon that arises owing to presence barriers in the realization of comparative function of competition. The mechanisms of self quasi competition market are substantiate. |
