Origination of joint-stock companies and their impact on the development of accounting system, essence and legal support of joint-stock companies? activity under present-day economic conditions as well as the interconnection of corporate management with the organization of accounting process of joint-stock companies? activity have been considered in the paper. Peculiarities of accounting organization in joint-stock companies, the necessity of working out a multi-functional model of computerized accounting system of a joint-stock company as a basis of corporate information system of a joint-stock company have been researched. Methods of estimating the effectiveness of introducing computerized accounting system have been worked out. Topical issues of information support of managing jointstock company under conditions of computerized system functioning for data processing have been researched. |
