The theoretical and organizational and methodic issues of accounting and analysis of resource potential of corporations have been disclosed in the thesis. The essence of the concepts ?resources?, ?potential?, ?resource potential?, ?resource potential of corporation? has been studied. The concept of the accounting and analytical support of the corporation?s resource potential management has been developed by working out and implementing of integrated computer and informational system of corporation. The suggestions concerning the improvement of the organizational and methodic aspects of accounting for tangible, intangible, financial, and labour resources as structural elements of resource of corporation have been introduced. The organizational system of analysis of resource potential of corporation under the computer informational system application has been theoretically grounded, as well as the complex methodic for analysis of the state, development, and efficiency of the tangible, intangible, labour, and financial resources of corporation has been offered. |
