Визначено соціально-філософську специфіку сутності поняття "тероризм" та співвідношення тероризму з іншими формами насильства. Обґрунтовано необхідність формування системи антитерористичної боротьби соціуму. Показано, що важливо побачити, знайти, визначити передумови і причини виникнення тероризму. Поява й відтворення тероризму обумовлено сукупністю об'єктивних і суб'єктивних обставин, причин і факторів, які проявляються в різних плоскостях у різних регіонах і країнах.

Ukraine is increasingly part of the international political, economic and legal space. In addition to the benefits of international relations, we have the problems that exist in the world community. |
