Контроль і діагностування стану металообробної технологічної системи є одним з найбільш важливих завдань автоматизованого виробництва. У статті розглядається один з таких програмно-апаратних комплексів, призначений для контролю стану металообробної технологічної системи. Комплекс дозволяє: контролювати якість виготовлення деталі; прогнозувати момент підналагодження або заміни інструменту; визначати напрацювання верстата до зупинки його на ремонт, а також і причину ремонту.
Monitoring and diagnosing the state of the metal processing system is one of the most important tasks of automated production. The main function of the control system, diagnose the current state of technological processing system is to predict the moment of replacement tool parts avoiding the defect parts and unplanned downtime technological system associated with the replacement of the cutting tool, or failure of the corresponding structural parts of the machine. To perform this task, you need the following information: condition of the workpiece; the amount of tool wear; condition of the machine with the position of his performance. Operation of control systems is subject to a specific algorithm, which is put into them with the appropriate software. The bearer of this software is the hardware part of these systems, which is a fixed, portable, and often embedded microprocessor devices. The combination of programs and their carriers - hardware - is called hardware and software systems. It is the examination of that hardware-software complex and the subject of this article. |
