Проведен анализ требований международных стандартов на системы менеджмента качеством предприятий, который показал необходимость оценивать и управлять процессами, а так как они различны, то для этого нужно применять разные подходы. Рассеивания показателей качества некоторых процессов во времени показал выполнение принципа эргодичности и регулярности, что позволяет для его управления применять теорию цепей Маркова. Показан алгоритм получения матрицы перехода.
