In the article the complex issues of formation and adaptation of the system of cost management businesses to the changing conditions of unstable economic environment. The characteristic of theoretical approaches to the definition of the content and components of the system of cost management company. Defined components of the system management costs. The characteristic relationships of the components of system cost management company. Management costs the company primarily involves the creation of preconditions for the differentiation of use of economic resources to the places of consumption (workplace, group jobs, land, shop or responsibility centers (in the framework of achieving certain organizational unity places cost unit or group of performers, who are entrusted with the responsibility for the level of these costs). The main backbone of the properties that are the basis of organizational maintenance and design of cost management, you can relate the following: a systemic nature and complexity; communication with the external environment; methodology of defining the objectives; the parameters of functioning and development. |
