Description |
The aim of the article is to light up the problem of organizational ensuring the process of marketing communications management in consumer cooperatives enterprises of Ukraine. The complex system of marketing communications management in the enterprises is proposed to be considered as a totality of managerial, informational, financial, material, auxiliary and other resources in communications sphere, which will secure the readiness and ability of the enterprises to interact with community, influence on it, form its corresponding actions taking into account the changes of competition and the external marketing environment. The research noted that the complex system of marketing communications management embraces the three blocks: the informational system of marketing communications management (accumulation of informational resources and internal informational resources management), the system of marketing management for communications (planning, realization, controlling) and the system of marketing communications supporting (HR, marketing and anti-crisis supporting).
