Y. DemyanenkoThe article analyzes the legal grounds of illegal collection, storage, use and dissemination of confidential information about a person. We consider the constitutional and legal exceptions to the right to privacy provided for in Articles 32 and 34 of the Constitution of Ukraine, as well as offsetting them the legal basis provided by separate laws of Ukraine. Data communication system revealed constitutional grounds under which the laws of Ukraine may provide for restriction of the rights and freedoms of the free collection, storage, use and dissemination of confidential information about a person. The concept of «socially necessary information» as the basis of the dissemination of information with limited access.
Стаття присвячена аналізу правових підстав законного збирання, зберігання, використання та поширення конфіденційної інформації про особу. Розглянуто конституційно-правові винятки із права на недоторканність приватного життя, а також підстави, передбачені окремими законами України. |
