Inflammatory diseases of the gastrointestinal tract are accompanied by changes in the oral mucosa. For the treatment of these manifestations in dental practice doctors use the «Rotokan» solution and gel «Metrogyl-denta» that were included too the laboratory research. White laboratory male rats aged 7–8 months with an average body weight (160 ± 10) g were selected for the experiment. Our studies showed that the use of gel «Metrogyl-denta»for inflammatory changes treatment in the oral mucosa contributes to more exponential growth of antioxidantsprotection.
Запальні захворювання шлунково-кишкового тракту супроводжуються змінами у слизовій оболонці порожнини рота. У практиці для лікування таких проявів часто використовують розчин «Ротокан» та гель «метрогіл-дента», які були включені у лабораторні дослідження. Для експерименту підбирали білих лабораторних нелінійних щурів-самців віком 7–8 місяців із середньою масою тіла (160±10) г. Проведені дослідження свідчать, що застосування гелю «Метрогіл-дента» при запальних змінах у слизовій оболонці порожнини рота сприяє більш показовому зростанню показників антиоксидантного захисту. |
