The article presents the results of analysis of assessing the quality of prosthetic treatment according to the survey of 237 patients with generalized periodontitis of varying severity, chronicity, who applied for consultative medical care at the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry. The most common disadvantages of prosthetic treatment of generalized periodontitis preceding dentures recognized the inadequacy of measures to occlusal correction and the almost complete absence of rational temporary prosthesis. Further the problem of inadequate prosthetic treatment mainly consists in the wrong choice of designs, which does not take into account the state of periodontal tissues supporting the teeth, as well as committed technical errors in their manufacture.
У статті представлено результати аналізу оцінки якості ортопедичного лікування за даними обстеження 237 хворих на генералізований пародонтит різного ступеня тяжкості, хронічним перебігом, які звернулися за консультативно-лікувальною допомогою на кафедру ортопедичної стоматології. Найбільш поширеними недоліками ортопедичного лікування генералізованого пародонтиту, що передують зубному протезуванню, визнано неадекватність заходів оклюзійної корекції та практично повну відсутність раціонального тимчасового протезування. В подальшому проблема неадекватного ортопедичного лікування переважно полягає у неправильному виборі конструкцій, що не враховує стан тканин пародонта опорних зубів, а також припущених технічних помилках при їх виготовленні. |
