| Description |
The article presents data of acinar tissue and bloodstream structural changes of parotid gland during experimental obstructive jaundice. Remodeling processes of acini and degenerative changes in the secretory cells, which lead to atrophy of the parotid gland parenchyma, were found in the dynamics of jaundice. The most expressed morphological changes occur in the arteries of small caliber, which is characterized by the highest resistance properties.
У статті наведено дані структурних змін ацинарної тканини і кровоносного русла привушної слинної залози при експериментальній механічній жовтяниці. Встановлено, що в динаміці механічної жовтяниці відбуваються процеси ремоделювання ацинусів, дистрофічні зміни секреторних клітин, які призводять до атрофії паренхіми привушної слинної залози. Найбільш виражені процеси ремоделювання встановлено в артеріях дрібного калібру, яким властиві високі резистивні властивості. |
