Description |
Modern technologies of comprehensive computerization of industrial production enable to provide for unification and standardization of industrial production specifications on all stages its life cycle [1], to which refer designing, preproduction, manufacturing and realization, exploitation, utilization. Main production specifications are described in project, technological, production, marketing and service documentation. Integrated computer-aided design and manufacturing systems (CAE/CAD/CAM) provide for end-to-end development of complex workpieces and realize most of projection procedures. Component part of specified systems is computer-aided preproduction subsystem that enables to carry out synthesis of engineering processes and programs for computer numerical control (CNC) machines, selection of manufacturing equipment, cutter, production tools and calculation of time allowances. Permanent increase of technical objects complexity, enhancement of reliability and quality specifications, technical and economic indices, need of decrease of lead time, reduction in product labour-intensiveness and cost, increase the labour efficiency of designing engineers are primary backgrounds of CAD improvement [2]. Therefore development of new mathematical models, methods and algorithms for computer-aided process design is actual problem. Aim of the given research is development of dataware, algorithms and software of computer-aided preproduction system for part cutting. Complex approach to solving the problems of computer-aided design of part cutting engineering processes by means of adaptive and new planning methods was described. |
