The manual covers the general aims of management culture of heads of vocational and technical educational institutes, it is proved the importance of political culture of heads of vocational and technical educational institutes, its content and structure; it is presented the management culture of heads of vocational and technical educational institutes, including culture management decisions and culture delegation of tasks and powers of heads of vocational and technical educational institutes; it is revealed the essence of socio-psychological and economical culture of heads of vocational and technical educational institutes, the role and place of information and analytical culture of heads of vocational and technical educational institutes; it is presented the technology of development of management culture of heads of vocational and technical educational institutes. |
