Мотивація творчої активності розглядається як провідний чинник розвитку технічної обдарованості в підлітковому віці. Досліджується взаємозв’язок мотивації досягнення, статусних та афілятивних мотивів у процесі становлення технічно обдарованої особистості. Виділяються гіперсоціальний, конвенційний, тривожний, конформний та контрсоціальний типи мотивації творчої активності. Аналізується вікова динаміка та індивідуальні особливості мотиваційної сфери обдарованих підлітків і виділяються особистісні риси, що сприяють розвитку технічної обдарованості.
Мотивация творческой активности рассматривается как решающий фактор развития технической одаренности в подростковом возрасте. Исследуется взаимосвязь мотивации достижения, статусных и аффилятивных мотивов в процессе становления технически одаренной личности. Выделяются гиперсоциальный, конвенциональный, тревожный, конформный и контрсоциальный типы мотивации творческой активности. Анализируется возрастная динамика и индивидуальные особен¬ности мотивационной сферы одаренных подростков и выделяются личностные черты, способст¬вующие развитию технической одаренности. The analysis of the basic approaches to a problem of talent shows, that more conducting researchers come to an idea of impossibility of reduction of talent to inherent individual parameters and emphasize value of inclusion of the individual in activity, where the abilities and talent, develop as personal education also. The problem, put in research, of detection of the factors, which induce the man to employment by creative activity, support its activity even in those situations, which require the application of superefforts and not connected with positive reinforcements, of utilitarian character, has resulted in necessity of a theoretical substantiation of concept "the motivation of creative activity" . At research of motivation of creative activity of the technically gifted teenagers the features of conducting activity of this age period - dialogue in system of social-useful activity were taken into account. It was established, that conducting were motives, which are directed on realization of needs in communication, recognition, self-statement in activity inherent in this age. The divergences of parameters of satisfaction of the gifted teenagers by the status in class collectives and technical circles allow to make the conclusion about determination of motivation of creative activity by such organization of group mutual relation, which provides realization of feeling of being grown-up, aspiration to independence, initiative and so forth. The comparison of these data to parameters of affiliative motives has allowed to allocate five types of motivation of creative activity at teenage age: hypersocial, conventional, disturbing, conforming, contrasocial. It is established, that the technically gifted teenagers are characterised by high parameters of motivation of achievement. Comparison of features of motivation of the younger and senior teenagers, which has revealed growth of such parameters, as the requirement for achievements, overcoming of external obstacles and positive emotional support of creative process, shows, that the motives of achievement are the ones of conducting in development of talent at this age. The communication of motivation of achievement with such personal qualities, as comprehension of own abilities, persistence, independence, realness, projection in the future is revealed. In structure of sphere motivation of the technically gifted teenagers, as opposed to not gifted, both in vital, and in creative processes the productive motives (general activity, creative activity, public utility) prevail above motives of consumption (life-support, comfort, social status). The parameters of motivation of creativity exceed parameters of living motives, and the real satisfaction of motives concedes ideal. It testifies to the progressive tendencies in development of motivation, that together with other parameters (high motivation of achievements fixed ways of realization of needs connected with age and personal development in technical creativity), forms the basis of motivation of creative activity and formation of the technically gifted personality. |
