В останні роки приділяється велика увага пошуку нових матеріалів з унікальними фізичними властивостями. Прикладом таких структур є малі кластери Si розширеного обсягу, а так само кремнієві структури, близькі по фізичному змісту до фулереноподобним. Метою даної роботи було дослідження стабільності зазначених структур на поверхні кристалічного кремнію.
In recent years, much attention is paid to the search for new materials with unique physical properties. Examples of such structures are small clusters Si expanded scope, as well as the silicon structure, similar in meaning to the physical fulerenopodobnym. The aim of this study was to investigate the stability of these structures on the surface crystalline silicon. |
