Педагогічна діяльність як інформаційна технологія завжди вимагала великих обсягів різнобічних знань, засобів їх подання в процесі навчання, збереження та творчої переробки. Сучасний етап розвитку інформаційного суспільства, що визначається переходом до економіки знань, вимагає зміщення уваги методики навчання саме на інструменти обробки інформації – інформаційно-комунікаційні технології (ІКТ). Одне з головних завдань освіти в умовах розвитку інформаційного суспільства – навчити учнів і студентів використовувати сучасні ІКТ. У зв’язку із цим виникає нагальна потреба в прискоренні підготовки та перепідготовки викладачів та фахівців у сфері ІКТ.
Educational activity as information technology always require large amounts of diverse knowledge and means of their representation in learning, storage and creative recycling. The current stage of development of the information society, defined by the transition to the knowledge economy requires a shift of attention is on teaching methods of information processing tools - information and communication technologies (ICT). One of the main objectives of education in the development of the information society - to teach pupils and students to use modern ICT. Therefore there is an urgent need to accelerate the training and retraining of teachers and experts in the field of ICT. |
