У статті розглядаються особливості комунікації психолога і громадянина через друковані та електронні засоби масової інформації завдяки психологічному тексту. Представлені останні наукові здобутки вчених у даній сфері, визначаються перспективи дослідницьких пошуків. Йдеться про основні ознаки комунікативної компетентності психолога, який надає фахову допомогу населенню через текстову продукцію (публікації в газетах, журналах, на сайтах Інтернет-видань тощо) з позицій гуманістичної психології. Акцентується увага на тому, що в кризових соціокультурних умовах зростає необхідність у захисті вітчизняного клієнта від будь-якої інформації, яка руйнує та ослаблює особистість, та у підвищенні її спроможності до подолання негативних наслідків психотравмівних обставин, відновленню і подальшого розвитку і самовдосконалення особистості як суб'єкта життя. Автор зупиняється на можливостях діалогу людини з людиною як «спів-буття» (за М.М. Бахтіним), діалогічної взаємодії психолога-автора з клієнтом-читачем з позицій психології сприйняття, розуміння та інтерпретації тексту, смислообміну між особистостями, з необхідністю підвищення ефективності психологічної допомоги людині в кризових соціокультурних умовах та в умовах інформаційного протистояння. Обговорюються перспективи покращення якості діалогового спілкування через текстові ЗМІ як ознаки комунікативної компетентності психолога і клієнта. In the article the features of communication of a psychologist and a citizen are examined through printing and electronic mass Medias due to psychological text. The last scientific achievements of scientists are presented in this sphere, the prospects of research searches are determined. The article concerns the basic signs of communicative competence of the psychologist which renders a professional help to population through text products (publications in newspapers, magazines, on the sites of internet publishing and others) from the positions of humanism psychology. Attention is focused on the increasing need to protect a domestic client from any information which aestroys and weakens the personality in the social circumstances of crisis, on the increase of their ability to overcome the negative consequences of psycho-traumatic circumstances, renewal and further growth and personal development of the personality as a subject of life. The author dwells on possibilities of the dialog between a person and a person as «coexistence» (according to M.M, Bakhtin), dialogic co-operation of the psychologist-author with the client-reader from positions of the psychology of perception, understanding and interpretation of the text, sense exchange between personalities with a necessity for the increase of efficiency of psychological help to a person in the social and cultural conditions of crisis and in the circumstances of informative opposition. The prospects of upgrading dialog intercourse come into question through text mass-media as signs of communicative competence of the psychologist and client. |
