Монографія відображає узагальнені результати, отримані співробітниками лабораторії трудового виховання і профорієнтаційних технологій Інституту проблем виховання НАПН України на організаційно-пошуковому етапі дослідно-експериментальної роботи за темою: “Професійне самовизначення учнівської молоді в умовах освітнього округу” (2014-2016). У праці обґрунтовано зміст і педагогічні засоби забезпечення професійного самовизначення учнівської молоді в умовах освітнього округу у процесі урочної, позаурочної і позашкільної предметно-перетворювальної діяльності, допрофільної підготовки, профільного навчання, роботи практичних психологів і соціальних педагогів, а також суб’єктів психологічної служби у взаємодії педагогічного колективу та батьківської громадськості. Матеріали монографії можуть бути застосовані під час створення і подальшої діяльності ресурсних центрів професійної орієнтації учнівської молоді освітніх округів, розроблення рекомендацій для засідань методичних об’єднань учителів природничо-математичного циклу, класних керівників, у процесі підготовки спецкурсів і спецсемінарів із загальної педагогіки, методики виховної роботи у педагогічних навчальних закладах різних рівнів акредитації; у структурі підвищення фахової підготовки через систему інститутів післядипломної педагогічної освіти тощо. The book reflects the generalized results from the Laboratory of labor education and career guidance technology the Institute of Educational Problems APS of Ukraine on organizational and exploratory stage, experimental work on the topic: "Professional self-determination of studying youth in the conditions of educational district" (2014-2016). We justify the content and pedagogical tools provide professional self-determination of studying youth in the conditions of educational district in the time limit, extracurricular and curricular subject-transformative activities of pre training, specialized education, the work of practical psychologists and social workers, as well as subjects of psychological service in cooperation of the teaching staff and parent community. Materials monograph can be used in the establishment and ongoing activities of resource centers for professional orientation of students of educational districts, development of recommendations for the teaching unions meetings of teachers of natural-mathematical cycle, student leaders, in the preparation of special courses and seminars on general pedagogy, educational work methods in teacher training institutions of different levels of accreditation; to improve the structure of vocational training institutions through the system of postgraduate education. |
