У статті розглянуто міфосеміотичні та лінгвокультурні основи творення альтернативних світів. Категоризаційні та номінативні процеси аналізуються з позицій теорії міфологічно орієнтованого семіозису. Динаміка творення вторинних міфів, трансформації мовних систем і лінгвокультур висвітлюються в універсологічному міждисциплінарному ключі.
The poly-semantic nature and multi-functional character of lingual codes determine their use as a tool of designating various states of affairs pertaining to the worlds of diverse nature and degree of reality. The paper addresses the issue of mythic space as both the nucleus of ethnic world-views and a container of basic irrational axioms implemented in categorizing the world or generating allegedly rational models of social behaviour and discourse activities. The said phenomena are tackled within the framework of previously suggested theory of myth-oriented semiosis. The article discusses the dynamic pattern of lingual codes' adaptation and modifications responsible for transformations within the semantic fields of national cultures. Our interpretations of lingual data are interdisciplinary and combine analytical and synthetic inferences. They allow highlighting certain analogies between systemic developments occurring in languages, at the cognitive level of human activities, in the informational fields of national cultures that shape the patterns of social and communicative activities etc. Special attention is paid to the language units representing the mythic concept DRAGON in various languages both at the level of etymology, diachronic textual representation and linguo-cognitive plane. Similar procedure is carried out in regard to the names of professional clubs of the four major North American leagues. In both cases primary irrational mythic "programs" are identified as the bases for secondary myths that determine the trajectories of corresponding scenarios. В статье рассмотрены мифосемиотические и лингвокультурные основы создания альтернативных миров. Процессы категоризации и номинации анализируются с позиции теории мифологически ориентированного семиозиса. Динамика образования вторичных мифов, трансформации языковых систем и лингвокультур освещены в универсологическом междисциплинарном ключе. |
