Ефективне спілкування полягає в розумінні не лише інформації, яку повідомляє особистість, а й розумінні почуттів іншої людини. Воно спрямовує потік інформації в потрібне русло, допомагає людям подолати бар'єри у взаєморозумінні. Від того, як ми вміємо слухати та спілкуватися, залежить ефективність нашої комунікації. Запропоновано вправи на відпрацювання навичок ефективного спілкування та слухання, застосування основних прийомів слухання та усвідомлення власної відповідальності за успіх спілкування.
The ability to build relationships with people, find approach for him, - is the basis of life and professional success of each person. Effective communication - it is understanding not only information, but also understanding of the senses of another person. It directs the flow of information in the right direction, helping people overcome barriers to mutual understanding. The effectiveness of our communication depends on, the way we are able to listen and communicate. It was proposed exercises for practice effective communication skills and application of the basic techniques hearings and at awareness of their own responsibility for the success of communication. |
