У статті висвітлюється історія створення та впровадження сертифікування польської мови як іноземної починаючи від 80-тих років ХХ століття до сьогодення, описана історія створення Краківської школи порівняльної дидактики іноземних мов, котру очолив Владислав Мьодунка, найважливіші дослідження над впровадженням програм навчання. а також змінами у поглядах на викладання польської мови як іноземної після впровадження сертифікаційної програми на державному рівні. (Currently, in Ukraine the interest to the creation of a system of certification of the Ukrainian as a foreign language is growing. Ukrainian linguists pay special attention to the Polish system due to the proximity of the genetic similarities of the language and Polish presence in the European Union. This article aims to present the history of the Cracow school of comparative glottodidactics founded by prof. Władyslaw Miodunka. Cracow school presents a mixed model, where apart of Polish teachers, to create a certification system, also neofilologists, who know the Polish language and two foreign languages, will join. This model can be modified in the future and used to create a certification system in Ukraine. Another important issue is to conduct research on bilingualism and linguistic studies, which will be used to create a language proficiency test for foreigner. The conclusion of this part is to present contemporary interests and researches of Department of Polish Language. In conclusion, the author suggests the need for a certification of the Ukrainian language as a foreign language, which can solve the internal problems of language policy.) |
