У статті проведено аналіз початкового етапу біографії відомого історика, заслуженого діяча науки і техніки України Миколи Павловича Ковальського (1929–2006). Увагу закцентовано на роках його навчання в освітніх закладах м. Острога другої половини 1930-х – першої половини 1940-х рр. Розкрито значення родинного, соціокультурного та інших факторів у становленні особистості майбутнього науковця. (Study of eminent persons disclosure provides basic traits and determine the main directions of their activities, which are formed in childhood and youth. The formation of the personality of the famous historian, academician of the International Slavic Academy of Sciences M. Kovalskyi (1929 – 2006) was in 1930–1940’s. He came from a family of Volyn education and religious and public figures, contributing introduction to intellectual activity. Already in childhood M. Kovalskyi interested in studying the subjects of humanities, especially history. He visited the Ostroh Museum, processed encyclopedia, reading historical fiction. He attained primary education in schools and the New Vyshnivets and Ostroh, where he had the opportunity to be among the local intelligentsia. The article shows that, along with the family, a special contribution to its formation had such teachers as T.Papashyka, A.Marusyna, Y.Novytskyi, P.Sokolianskyi. The combination of these factors influenced the choice of his historical profession.) |
