Стаття присвячена аналізу матеріального становища сільського населення центральних областей України в роки відбудови економіки. Розглянуто вплив різних факторів на матеріальне становище селян, а також джерела їхніх прибутків. (The article analyzes the material position of the rural population of the central areas of Ukraine during the period of re-establishment of the economy (1943–1950) on the basis of numerous literature and unpublished sources. The influence of different factors on the financial position of the villagers and the main sources of income were investigated. Its results gave the author an opportunity to make a general conclusion, that the chief causes of the Central Ukraine village social sphere low level development at the reconstruction period were not only the consequences of war, but also the existence of the administrative-command system which, while forming state budget, would re-distribute the funds for the profit of heavy industry, neglecting village natives’ social needs as well as folk welfare improvement.) |
