Досліджено вплив тиску на формування мастильної плівки у локальному контакті кочення. Проаналізовано особливості розподілу тиску і товщини мастильного матеріалу в умовах еластогідродинамічного мащення.
The influence of the pressure on the formation of lubricant film in the local contact of rollinginvestigated. The peculiarities of the pressure distribution and thickness of the material in thecondition of elastic-hydrodynamic lubrication were analyzed. Friction of the high-loaded and worked-out tribological coupling is very critical and needs increased requirements for the reliability. Control of the parameters of lubricant layer will prevent the formation of lubricant starvation conditions in friction pairs with local contact form. — |
