Визначено проблеми існуючого в Україні процесу здійснення регуляторної діяльності у сфері морегосподарювання, надано рекомендації з удосконалення регуляторної діяльності держави у сфері море господарювання=In accordance with Convention of the UNO on a naval law 1982 under marine activity we mostly understand the different types of activity that will be realized on a marine equatorial. However this structure reflects the practice which is implemented not to a full degree in Ukrainian marine economic activity. For example, this list doesn’t include such important directions as «shipbuilding», «aquaculture» et al. In this connection in Ukraine the problems of the state regulatory activities become urgent in the field of sea farming and scientific research in this direction. The problems of the existing process of implementation of regulatory activities in the field of sea farming in Ukraine are considered, the recommendations for the improvement of the state regulatory activities in the field of sea farming are suggested.
