визначені соціальні стереотипи «ідеальної жінки» у заможних
колах польського суспільства наприкінці ХІХ ст. Основним
джерелом
виступали
некрологи,
вміщені
в
газеті
«Kraj»,
аналіз
яких
довів,
що
від
жінок
очікували
самореалізації
у
приватному
просторі,
де
виявлялись
їх
найбільш
позитивні
риси.
Серед
них
–
жертовність,
терпимість,
релігійність,
опіка
й
турбота,
взірцеве
виконання
сімейних
зобов’язань
тощо.
Такі

світоглядні

орієнтири уповільнювали формування жіночої
самосвідомості, прирікаючи польок на боротьбу із застарілими
соціальними цінностями.
(In the article the social stereotypes of the «ideal woman» in the
elite strata of Polish society at the end of the 19th century the main
source were the obituaries in the newspaper «Kraj», which was
most popular in the Ukrainian provinces of the Russian Empire.
For the analysis of gender stereotypes to the texts used content analysis.
Categories
of
analysis
were
selected:
1-іntroduction
2-
achievements
of women, 3-descriptive expression characterizing personality.
The
women
often
were
carried
out
according
to
the
status
of
her
family and included prominent representatives of the kind,
usually the father or husband.
Major events in the lives of women were considered changing
marital status.
Merits of the dead highlighted in all оbituaries. Units of analysis
of this category were proposed, and units of account-words. In a society
of
women
waiting
for
self-realization
in
a
private
space,
where
they
could
take
their
most
valued
quality.
Among
them
is
the
sacrifice,
tolerance,
religious,
guardianship
and
care,
exemplary
performance
of
family
obligations,
etc.
These
words
are
used
most
often
to
describe
women
and,
therefore,
were
considered
the
most
important.
Descriptive
characteristics are emotional, to sensual sphere
of perception. At the same time, in the texts of references to the
individual characteristics of each woman, her habits, hobbies, etc.
Such ideological markers slowed the formation of women’s identity,
condemning the Polish women to struggle with outdated social values.)
