The article analyzes the impact of digital technology on the educational system from the point of view of the emergence of new and development of existing educational technology. Identifying the main characteristics of the concepts of the paradigm of eLearning. According to the mentioned technotrends, there was an introduction of the cooperation of the the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University with IT companies in order to introduce new educational forms and modern technologies, in particular the Internet of Things in the educational process. The article defines perspectives of cooperation development of the universities of the region for the development of STEM education, it describes the benefits of creating of resource centres. В статті проаналізовано вплив розвитку цифрових технологій на систему освіти з точки зору виникнення нових та розвитку існуючих педагогічні технології. Визначено основні характеристики понять парадигми електронного навчання. Відповідно до зазначених технотрендів, представлено досвід співпраці Південноукраїнського державного педагогічного університету з ІТ-компаніями з впровадження у навчальний процес нових навчальних форм та сучасних технологій, зокрема інтернету речей.
