У статті висвітлено заходи російської імперської влади щодо протидії розповсюдженню революційних ідей на території українських губерній Південно-Західного краю у роки Першої світової війни. Проаналізовано наукові напрацювання сучасних дослідників із зазначеної теми та джерельну базу, а саме архівні матеріали, періодичну пресу та спогади сучасників. Розкрито основні аспекти боротьби місцевої адміністрації з інформаційною діяльністю українських національних сил. Висвітлено процес закриття цензурою українських періодичних видань, переслідування та арешти жандармською поліцією відомих політичних і культурних діячів. Визначено головні складові антисоціалістичної інформаційної політики імперської влади. Розкрито особливості боротьби із закордонною пропагандою та інформаційною діяльністю това- риств, організацій, гуртків, які під час війни мали як нелегальний, так і легальний статуси. З’ясовано головні методи боротьби імперської влади з розповсюдженням серед населення Київської, Подільської та Волинської губер- ній ідей революційного характеру. The article describes the measures of the Russian Empire’s power concerning combating the spread of revolutionary ideas on Ukrainian Governorates’ territory of South-West kray during the First World War. Scientific works of modern researchers on this topic and source base, such as archival materials, periodicals and memoirs of contemporaries, are analyzed. Main aspects of local administration’s struggle with information activities of Ukrainian national forces are highlighted. There is a mention of the process of shutting down the Ukrainian periodicals by the censorship,The article describes the measures of the Russian Empire’s power concerning combating the spread of revolutionary ideas on Ukrainian Governorates’ territory of South-West kray during the First World War. The article describes the specifics of struggle with foreign propaganda and information activities of societies, organizations and interest groups, which had both illegal and legal statuses during the War. Main methods of the imperial power’s struggle with the spread of revolutionary ideas among the population of Kyiv, Podilia and Volyn Governorates are addressed. — |
