У статті проаналізовано особливості розвитку професійної компетентності викладачів вищої школи в умовах формальної і неформальної освіти. Обґрунтовано роль неформальної освіти щодо післядипломної підготовки викладачів вищої школи. Визначено умови, що впливають на розвиток професійної компетентності викладачів вищої школи. Встановлено, що розвиток професійної компетентності викладачів вищої школи в нашій країні детермінований особливостями державної освітньої політики, історичними, національними, соціальними, культурними чинниками.
The purpose of the article is to determine and analyze the features of the professional competence development of higher education teachers in conditions of formal and non-formal education. The conditions of the professional competence development of higher education teachers in the process of the formal and non-formal education in our country is determined by the national education policy, historical, national, social, economic, and cultural factors. An important feature, in our opinion, is a socio-cultural and educational cooperation in the professional competence development of higher education teachers in terms of both formal and informal education. |
