У статті представлено аналіз сучасних підходів до визначення процесу адаптації особистості як інтегрального поняття. Визначено поняття ресурсів особистості, які впливають на успішність професійно-особистісної адаптації, виступають в ролі детермінант вибору продуктивних стратегій реагування. Простежено зв’язок ресурсів і ефективності адаптаційного процесу в період змін. Проведений аналіз дає підстави наголосити необхідність застосування соціально-психологічних методів підтримки особистості в ситуації життєвих змін.
The analysis of modern approaches to the definition of the process of adaptation of the personality as an integrated concept present in this article. Define the concept of resources of the individual that influence the success of vocational and personal adjustment and act as determinants of the choice of productive strategies of response. The relationship of resources and efficiency of the adaptation process in a period of change are tracked here. This analysis gives reason to emphasize the necessity of application of socio-psychological methods of personality support in a situation of life changes. |
