У статті висвітлюється науково-теоретичні здобутки щодо критеріїв професійного розвитку методистів районних методичних кабінетів в умовах неперервної післядипломної освіти. У ході проведеного дослідження було виокремлено та обґрунтовано основні критерії професійного розвитку методистів районних методичних кабінетів у процесі професіогенезу. Визначені й схарактеризовані когнітивний, праксеологічний та мотиваційній критерії, які на наш погляд найповніше розкривають сутність професійного розвитку методистів районних методичних кабінетів в умовах неперервної післядипломної освіти у вимірі сучасного суспільства.
The scientific-theoretical achievements in relation to the criteria of professional development of methodists of district methodical cabinets in the conditions of continuous postgraduate education are lit up in the following article. The basic criteria of development of professionalism of methodists of district methodical cabinets in the process of professional development are grounded during this research. Cognitive, praxeological and motivational criteria are determined and characterized that according to our view expose widely the essence of professional development of methodists of district methodical cabinets in the conditions of continuous postgraduate education in the measuring of modern society. |
